CHANGE IN USE OF COLORS STARTING FROM JANUARY 2022

Dear tattoo artist,

we are in full transition regarding the new COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2020/2081, also known as Tattoo-REACH.

This law affects all brands of tattoo inks, and for this reason, Eternal Ink is also working to make changes to its formulas and to update label information and other compliance.

For this reason, FROM 4 JANUARY 2022 these pigments will be prohibited, can no longer be used.

Update regarding Eternal Ink’s progress in producing an EU compliant range of inks ahead of the REACH regulation changes come January 2022.

As part of their testing process, Eternal have been looking at their existing range, as well as any new pigments, and we are pleased to confirm that 11 colours from the existing range pass as compliant under the new EU regulations.

The 11 inks are:

White

White Knight

Perfect White

Maxx Black

Vintage Ink - Maxx Black Classic Lining

Grey

Neutral Gray 20%

Neutral Gray 40%

We hope to have a further update for you very soon on more inks that Eternal will be adding to their EU compliant range.
